Pengukuran Efektivitas Mesin Rotary Vacuum Filter Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Studi Kasus: PT. PG. Candi Baru Sidoarjo)
Abstract
Mesin Rotary Vacuum Filter merupakan salah satu mesin yang digunakan dalam proses produksi gula di PT. PG. Candi Baru Sidoarjo. Kerusakan pada mesin ini akan menurunkan tingkat efektivitasnya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Dengan metode ini maka akan dapat diketahui tingkat ketersediaan (Availability Rate), performa (Performance Rate), dan kualitas hasil (Rate of Quality) sehingga dapat dilakukan identifikasi enam kerugian besar (six big losses) pada mesin/peralatan. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE mesin Rotary Vacuum Filter sebesar 97,14% dengan rata-rata nilai availability 99,75%, performance rate 97,72% dan rate of quality sebesar 99,65%. Angka ini menunjukan bahwa mesin RVF telah memenuhi standar OEE World Class. Losses yang berpengaruh paling besar tehadap nilai efektivitas mesin ini adalah reduced speed losses sebesar 94,2371 jam.Published
