Perencanaan Sistem Penyalur Daya Pada Perancangan Portable Belt Conveyor Untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Proses Pengangkutan Tebu Di Pabrik Gula Kebonagung Malang
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa kapasitas yang bisa dihasilkan sebuah conveyor menurut kecepatan rpm motor dan dimensi conveyor serta untuk menentukan pemilihan komponen yang digunakan sebagai sistem penyalur daya. Penelitian ini merupakan perancangan yang dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan dari buku panduan perancangan conveyor maupun katalog yang berisikan komponen penyusun belt conveyor. Hasil perancangan akan digunakan sebagai panduan untuk merancang sebuah conveyor pengangkut tebu yang bersifat portable. Setelah dilakukan perancangan didapatkan conveyor dengan dimensi panjang 8.5 m, lebar 58 cm dan ketinggian 0.5 m dengan sudut inklinasi 3.32o. Conveyor ini mempunyai kapasitas angkut 576.04 ton/jam dan membutuhkan daya 1.72 HP. Untuk sistem penyalur daya digunakan motor diesel 3.5 HP, gearbox tipe worm rasio 60:1, belt tipe S 400/3, head pulley 🇠315 mm, tail pulley 🇠250 mm, snub pulley 🇠200 mm, roller 🇠108 mm, pillow block seri UCFL203D1, UCFL204D1, UCFL205D1, dan UCP207D1, v-belt tipe SPZ ukuran 875 mm dan 1312 mm dengan kopling tipe tegangan idler sebagai penghubung atau pemutus aliran tenaga.Downloads
